The establishment
Thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks of hiking, biking and caving.
The weather can be very changeable. We could have chosen a more sheltered spot on the campsite.
Accommodation review
Very friendly site. Excellent cleanliness, service and friendliness. Great pizzas at the restaurant. Lovely area, walking distance from the village but far enough away to be quiet.
Choose the older lower plots rather than the top emplacements which are very exposed to the weather and no shade, as well as being too far away from the showers. The toilets/showers are unisex and very clean. But cleaned at odd times, maybe 3 times a day!! No times of cleaning are posted, which is frustrating when walking several minutes from the top of the campsite.

Location and view were amazing. Staff really helpful
No toilet roll in the toilets. The one outside for multiple toilets was often empty

View was awesome , pitch was large. Water and power right on pitch
Quite exposed to wind for a large tent but we were fine. Also no shade and quite a long way from the toilet block but worth it for the view

This is a terrific place to spend some time. Our plot had outstanding views with great campsite facilities on the doorstep. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will come back here one day.

Des propriétaires accueillants et compréhensibles qui ont su s'adapter à nos besoins. La vue de notre tente était tout simplement magnifique ! Les produits du snacking proposés étaient délicieux ! Tout était parfait !

Le super accueil, la vue panoramique qui vaut le supplément! , les bonnes pizzas et les bons gratins :)
Camping peu adapté pour les personnes à pieds (venir en car, ou en itinérance), par exemple pas de table, ni sur l'emplacement, ni commune, disponible pour les personnes qui souhaiteraient manger leur propre nourriture ou cuisiner au réchaud et qui ont juste un sac à dos !

Vue magnifique, vaste terrain de camping plat, ambiance calme et conviviale, excellent accueil et services. Très agréable piscine chauffée. Lieu idéalement situé pour rando/vélo et convenant parfaitement aux familles. Possibilité d’aller à pied ou à vélo au joli village de Meaudre. Propreté des sanitaires en nombre suffisant ; machines à laver également en nombre.

Habitué des lieux depuis 1996, j'ai découvert un des nouveaux emplacements panoramiques : c'était juste magique ! Pour le reste, la famille Bouvier veille toujours à accueillir au mieux les campeurs. Et la météo était de la partie, que demander de plus ?

La vue, qui était déjà remarquable depuis la fondation du camping dans les années '90, est encore plus époustouflante depuis les nouvelles terrasses récemment aménagées.

C etait top. Une suggestion mais peut-être que c est en cours.. Pour les campeurs , installer deux toilettes supp sur les parcelles en hauteur car cela fait 220 m pour aller au toilettes soit 440 m aller retour, c est beaucoup surtout la nuit

Super nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber, sehr schöne Stellplätze. Man merkt, dass der Campingplatz ein Familienbetrieb ist. Autrans und Meaudre sind sehr gute Ausgangspubkte sowohl zum Mountainbike fahren als auch Wandern. Tolle Gegend.

We stonden met onze tent op het nieuwe gedeelte van de camping. Volgens ons de allermooiste plaats. Prachtig vrij uitzicht over het dal. Je betaalt wat extra maar dat vonden wij meer dan de moeite waard. Omdat we helemaal achteraan stonden was het ook lekker rustig, wat wij graag wilden. Het sanitair is een heel eind lopen, maar bij de plek is een kraan. De beheerders zijn enthousiast en erg vriendelijk. En de pizza's zijn heerlijk!
Het sanitair was in principe netjes en werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt, maar bij grote drukte (met veel kinderen) in de weekenden zou een extra controle/schoonmaakrondje wel prettig zijn.

Wat ik hierboven al zei: FANTASTISCH . Een feest om zo iedere dag voor de tent te zitten. En als de boompjes over een par jaar iets groter zijn en er daardoor wat meer schaduw is, is het ook op hete dagen helemaal perfect. We hebben ons overigens prima gered met de parasol.
