With a surface area of 20 m² (built in 2007), it is equipped with reversible air conditioning (new in 2026) and includes:

1 bedroom with a 140×190 double bed (blankets and pillows included)
Living area with TV
Bathroom with shower and sink
Separate toilet
Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave
Covered terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
