Easy booking with no problem, good and friendly check-in, cool informations and service.
The quality of the bread and Croissants - well, a matter of taste? No, not really. We know what is good and bad baguette or croissants. And the one sold there is 1. bit too expensive for its quality and 2. thus doesnt taste really well. But hey, thats just a little horseshoe. There is worse.

Our pitch was huge enough for Caravan plus big car. Place is rather silent (for a city camping), depending on where you stay. Sanitary and showers are simple but clean. Very friendly and easy check-in, with lots of good tourist infos on city and transport.
Pitches and place in general looks a bit ... lets say unkempt .... but we´ve seen worse in France. So it´s ok for a night or two.

I really liked the fact that the site team were aware of the rugby world cup and had prepared helpful ways of getting to the stadium. The facilities were top rate. Really liked the bread/croissant ordering service and having basics available in the shop and additionally they allowed me to have an important parcel delivered. Thank you

We stayed in this well run site for two nights in our motorhome while visiting Lyon. It is ideally placed for sightseeing, being on an easy bus route into the city. The owner was exceptionally helpful with information about transport and good places to visit.

A great location to stay if visiting Lyon or for an overnight stopover. The pitches are basic hardstanding with electricity. The limited/mixed toilet facilities were always kept clean. The lady in reception couldn’t have been more helpful.
The first impressions of this site are not helped by the few older caravans which look a bit delapidated and also there is no obvious demarcation of pitches so a bit of first come/first served approach. However, our first impressions did not last and we could see that this site served the needs of its customers with basic but more than adequate facilities. We would stay again.

I stayed for 3 nights instead 2. I came one day sooner in the night. Staff, very friendly, solved that situation. It is the safest to stay here, area are known due to the car robbing.

Guter Service an der Rezeption! Mt dem Bus kommt man gut und Zentrum von Lyon. Der Platz ist einfach, Sanitäranlagen sind sauber.

Good options for cycling to the old center of Lyon. For a short stay and an excellent campsite. Nice and clean sanitary building. Friendly and helpful employees. Personal welcome and attention to the guests.
Apart from the trees that provide shade in some places, there is little greenery on the pitches. Lots of gravel.

Als Zwischenstop und zur Besichtigung von Lyon gut geeignet. Sauber und gute Atmosphäre und erstaunlich ruhig. Abfahrt jederzeit möglich. Gerne wieder.
Die Duschen waren in Ordnung und das Wasser warm, aber man musste immer mit einer Hand durchgehend den Knopf betätigen.

We used this campsite to visit the city of Lyon...It's in a very nice location, with easy access to the city center with bus and underground train. The bus stops right outside the gate of the campsite...Pitches are large and the toilets showers are very good. There is a bar and small shop and daily bread...We will come again I can recommend this site....

Dans l'ensemble le lieu est correcte, les emplacements sont bien mais pas individuelle, c'est plus un camping de "passage" pour 1/2 nuits. Niveau sécurité, pas de barrière à l'entrée ni à la sortie, on y rentre comme on veut. C'est propre, les sanitaires sont propres. Pour le prix, je trouve cher pour la prestation.

En camion aménagé, nous avons passé 3 nuitées, rien d'extraordinaire, c'est plus un camping de passage pour 1/2 nuits max.
Pas d'emplacements plus privatisés, c'est plus un parking a camping car et autres. Pour le prix je trouve assez cher.

Accueil très sympathique, propriétaire au top sur les activités et animations de la région lyonnaise. Camping idéalement situé, à la fois proche de Lyon et aussi un peu de nature pas très loin avec le bois de Sacuny, pratique lorsqu'on a des animaux à balader. Transports en commun et commerces pas trop éloignés.

Emplacement camping-car avec électricité correct. Petit plus de ce camping : les sanitaires sont top, meilleurs douches de camping existantes (mini-salles de bain, douche + lavabo dans le même espace, très pratique)
Nous aimons les camping avec un peu plus de verdure sur l'emplacement, mais ce n'est pas rédhibitoire pour un court séjour.

Proximité avec transport en commun pour aller dans Lyon -- Emplacements pour camping car suffisamment spacieux -- Sanitaires chauffés et sans courant d'air (à cette saison ,c'est très agréable) -- Une mention particulière en ce qui concerne l'accueil : particulièrement chaleureux et complet (remise du plan de Lyon, explications sur les visites à faire, explications par rapport aux transports urbains).

Hemos estado poco tiempo en el camping, pues nos ibamos por la mañana a Lyon y no volviamos hasta por la noche. Pero en recepción nos atendieron muy bien y nos ayudaron en toda la información que pedimos, translados, horarios transportes, etc.

Camping tranquille bien desservi par les bus. Très bien pour visiter Lyon. A noter la distance du terminus métro B: environ 2 km en passant par le centre ville pratique pour les courses.

Beaux emplacements pour camping car avec électricité à chaque emplacement. Ravitaillement en eau possible. Vidange des eaux noires et grises également. De plus vous trouverez machines à laver et sèche linge, ce qui est bien pratique avec des enfants. Le camping et jolie, bien aménagée. La piscine super mignone, doit être agréable l'été. Un vrai terrain de jeu est disponible pour les enfants.

Le camping est à 15mn à pieds du bus qui vous dépose en plein centre de Lyon, c’est donc parfait. Pour la visite, la dame à l’accueil du camping est parfaite ! En cinq minutes elle nous a coché sur un plan (fourni par elle) L’essentiel des centres d’intérêt.
Aire de vidange des CC trop collée à l’entrée des sanitaires. Manque d’intimité dans le bloc sanitaire et vue directe depuis l’extérieur pourquoi ne pas opacifier aussi la seconde vitre ? Nous avions une vue directe sur les lavabos.

Ce camping est idéalement placé pour visiter Lyon. Les sanitaires sont très propres l accueil y est très sympathique. La personne qui nous a reçus a pris le temps de nous donner plein de renseignements sur la ville et les transports.. Les emplacements camping car sont grands mais non délimités et sur du gravier fin mais nous n y restions pas la journée. Nous recommandons ++

Der Empfang war sehr nett, es wurden uns sofort viele Informationen über Lyon (Aktivitäten, Restaurants, Anfahrt) gegeben. Sanitäranlagen waren sauber.
Der Stellplatz ähnelt eher einem Parkplatz. Für eine Nacht ok, echtes Camping-Feeling kommt nicht auf.

Netter Empfang, leckeres Baguette. Kann man vorbestellen. Sanitäranlagen alles vorhanden. Großzügige Duschkabinen mit Waschbecken. Reservierung Problemlos. Gerne wieder für ein Lion besuch.
Die Stellplätze vorderen Stellplätze sind nicht so toll aber Alles in allem ist der Camping super von der Lage her, nette Betreiber und Brotservice. Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal da.

Camping facile d'accès. En arrivant tard nous avons pu nous installer sans problème à l'emplacement que nous avions choisi. Les sanitaires sont propres, l'eau n'est pas contingentée et le camping est calme. Nous y sommes passés trois fois et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Lyon intra-muros est une ville extraordinaire, accueillante, propre et au très riche passé historique et patrimonial. Les musées sont à la hauteur de leur réputation, en particulier le musée gallo-romain de Fourvière et le musée des Beaux-Arts. Déjeuner ou dîner dans un bouchon du Vieux Lyon ou dans le quartier de la Croix-Rousse est une expérience à ne pas rater.
Les incivilités d'une certaine engeance : cette dernière se rencontre malheureusement dans beaucoup de grandes villes françaises...

L'accueil au camping des Barolles et la proximité du réseau de transports en commun (ligne de bus directe pour la place Bellecour, clarté et efficacité du métro).
Le camping est un peu trop près de la route : tôt le matin, le bruit de la circulation se fait entendre, ce qui peut perturber le sommeil de ceux qui ne se lèvent pas aux aurores. En cas de canicule, il y a très peu d'arbres sous lesquels stationner son camping-car.

Les douches sont propres, eau bien chaude, le faite que le local sanitaires soit fermés est vraiment un plus qu’on ne retrouve pas dans tous les campings. L’accueil était relativement bon, nous avons ressenti une petite retissante de la part de la personne qui nous a accueilli en voyant des jeunes et à moto… L’emplacement était très bien. Le camping est facile à trouver et facile d’accès. Nous recommandons l’établissement.

Situation parfaite au calme et dans un espace verdoyant, idéale pour aller visiter Lyon en bus. Les services et sanitaires sont de très bonnes qualités et très propres.
Nous étions dans les emplacements tout en haut, il n’y avait ni séparation, ni gazon que des graviers… Il n’y a pas d’activités pour enfants (balançoire, petit parc)

Perfekte Lage um 2-3 Tage die Stadt zu besuchen. ÖV 15min. zu Fuss vom Camping und dann direkt und ohne Umsteigen ins Zentrum von Lyon.

Platz ist ruhig, sauber und bietet verschiedene Stellplätze. Die PLatzbetreiber sind sehr nett und haben gute Tipps zu Lyon.

Le jeune gérant a pris le temps de nous expliquer les principales visites à faire sur Lyon en fonction de la durée de notre séjour en nous positionnant tout sur un plan, de nous fournir toutes les informations nécessaires pour aller à Lyon et en revenir et répondre à nos questions.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Nous étions là pour LYON et le festival Lumière. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pu saluer comme nous le faisons toujours les gérants du camping à notre départ. Il est vrai que nous sommes partis de bonne heure au vu de la route que nous avions à faire ce jour là. Qu'ils soient donc ici remerciés pour leur accueil et la qualité de notre séjour.

Tout en général mais le plus fût ma discussion avec LA PATRONNE de 98 ans une dame extraordinaire. Merci.
Le bloc sanitaire en bas, pour avoir l’eau il faut tenir enfoncer le bouton constamment… moins plaisant, nous allions au bloc sanitaire d’en haut qui est beaucoup mieux.

Les douches. On était bien content quand on revenait et qu’il pleuvait des cordes. Le calme également était à souligner.
Un camping un peu loin de l’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Lyon. Également un camping sans barrière, n’importe qui pouvant y rentrer la nuit.

J'ai aimé l'accueil, la propreté des sanitaires. Le camping est idéalement situé à proximité de Lyon. Pour les chiens, il y a un grand parc à proximité pour les promener.
J'appréhendais la nuit car mon emplacement était entre la route et les sanitaires. Dans les faits, j'ai passé une très bonne nuit. Peu de bruit, respect des campeurs.

Espace sur les emplacements et propreté générale du camping. Idéal pour nous, et nous aurons l'occasion de revenir.
Le soir du Vendredi, un van était installé en bordure de notre emplacement (nous étions hors du camping toute la journée). Ils n'ont surement pas fait la différence entre le 17 libre et le notre le 19. Heureusement il restait assez de place pour nous et nous sommes conciliants. Tôt le samedi matin ils étaient partis sans échange direct.

La ville de Lyon mérite un séjour d'au moins une semaine, vu l'abondance de ses richesses culturelles, patrimoniales et gastronomiques. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la colline de Fourvière, le vieux Lyon, les quartiers Saint-Jean et Cordeliers. Certains musées sont d'un intérêt remarquable, en particulier le musée des Beaux-Arts, le musée Cinéma et miniatures (à recommander) et le musée de la Civilisation gallo-romaine. Pour la gastronomie, il y a les fameux bouchons : il faut cependant suivre les conseils des Lyonnais de souche pour éviter les pièges à touriste.
Certains quartiers de Lyon manquent d'attrait comparativement aux autres : c'est le cas de la Croix-Rousse, l'autre colline de la ville, qui laisse une impression d'abandon et de manque d'entretien, à l'instar de certaines villes du sud de l'Italie. Encore n'est-ce là qu'un avis personnel puisque d'aucuns ne jurent que par l'atmosphère qui y règne, en particulier au crépuscule. Contrairement à ceux qui en défendent l'originalité architecturale et l'intérêt du parcours permanent, je n'ai pas du tout aimé le musée des Confluences, à l'exclusion de ses expositions temporaires.
Accommodation review
La proximité de la ville de Lyon et celle du réseau de transports en commun sont les meilleurs atouts de ce camping. L'accueil y est sympathique et le rapport qualité-prix correct.
En période de canicule, le manque d'espaces ombragés est problématique ; j'ai néanmoins pu stationner avec mon camping-car sur l'un des rares emplacements situés à l'ombre. D'autre part, certains espaces sont situés non loin de la voie routière : le trafic est déjà intense dès six heures du matin, ce qui peut perturber le sommeil des personnes sensibles au bruit.

Tres bonne situation du camping si on veut visiter Lyon . On peut prendre un bus direct ligne 10 qui nous depose au coeur de Lyon en 20 mn. Emplacement en espalier adapté en camping-car. Wir haben uns auf dem Campingplatz wohl gefühlt, sind sehr nett begrüßt worden. Die Informationen zur Stadtbesichtigung und zum Transfer in die Stadt waren sehr gut. Service prima: Sanitäranlagen sauber, V&E für Wohnmobil ideal . Baguette kann man am Vortag bestellen. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ideal . Es ist auch praktisch , dass man die Fahrkarten direkt an der Rezeption erwerben kann. Unser Stellplatz für drei Nächte war abseits der Straße gelegen. Wir können die negativen Rezessionen, die wir gelesen haben, nicht nachvollziehen.Wir würden wiederkommen. Merci ??

Wir waren Anfang April für eine Nacht auf dem Weg nach Süden und sind erst kurz vor 19.00 Uhr (Rezeption schließt) angekommen. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Stellplatz ziemlich groß und ruhig. Die Sanitäranlagen (3 Duschen mit Waschbecken, 3 Toiletten, Geschirrspülbecken) sind nicht für Damen und Herren getrennt aber sehr sauber. Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 15min. erreichbar.

Trotz niedriger Bestellungen hab es frische Baquettes. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich.
Die Duschen sollten mit anderen Armaturen ausgestattet werden, das ewige Drücken nervt. Auch Toilettenbrillen sollten Standard sein. Auch Seife wäre gut.Dafür auch gerne ein paar Euro mehr für die Übernachtung.

Der Platzbetreiber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, spricht auch sehr gut Englisch. Wir konnten unseren Campingbus für eine Woche dort parken, da wir von Lyon aus eine Flusskreuzfahrt unternommen haben. Alles sehr gut.
Morgens sind die Anzahl der Duschen etwas knapp, kommt dort zu „Stau“.

Guter Stadtcampingplatz, die Sanitär Anlagen sind alt und wie in Frankreich oft üblich ohne Toilettenbrille. Der Campingplatz hat keine Schranke und man kann auch gut noch hinfahren wenn die Rezeption geschlossen ist. Gute Nähe zu den Verkehrsmitteln und der Möglichkeit von da aus Lyon zu besichtigen.
An der Rezeption sollte auch ein Mitarbeiter zumindest Englisch können

Wenn man einen Städtetrip mit dem Wohnwagen nach Lyon macht oder zur Zwischenübernachtung ist dieser Camping völlig aufstreichend. Brotbestellung möglich. Stellplätze auf Rasen sind keine vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal. Abreise nach Belieben, keine Schranke. Gerne wieder ????

Per Internet wurden wir auf Ihren Platz aufmerksam und haben es nicht bereut Sie besucht zu haben. Sehr gut, dass mit dem Bus nach kurzem Fussmarsch, direkt und ohne Umsteigen im Zentrum aussteigen kann.

Sanitäre Anlage, Sauberkeit, Service, Anlage im allgemeinen. Hervorragend
In den Duschen unbedingt eine Ablage schaffen, wo zumindest dei Duschuntensilien abgestellt werden können. Die Intervalle des Wassers bei Anforderung etwas länger stellen, dopperlt wäre gut. In den Spülräumen sollte saugfähiges Papier vorhanden sein, damit man nach Benutzung des Beckens und der Ablagen alles trocken wischen kann. Für die Abläufe in den Becken, sollten verschlüsse ( Gummi genügt) vorhanden sein. Wasserkosten die dort verursacht werden, sind um mehr als 2/3 einzusparen.

Die Größe die Einfriedung mit Hecken - auf den Plänen die jeweiligen Powerpunkte für den Stellplatz kennzeichnen. Dann gibts auch keinen Ärger mit dem Nachbarn. Der sich wie hier unserer Meinung nach Rechte herausnimmt, weil er meint nach 10 Jahren in denen ihren Platz jährlich anfährt seinen Nachbarn anpöbeln zu müssen. Wir betreiben seit 30 Jahren einen kleinen Ferienpark in Holland https://www.ferienpark-vislust.com/ sind jedes Jahr in Europa bis zu sechs Wochen unterwegs, mit unserem WOMO.
Älteren Paaren wie uns darauf hinweisen, dass in der Nähe des zentrums durch Animation es sehr laut , abend bis in die späte Nacht werden kann. Plätze besser am Rande des Platzes empfehlen. Nicht in der Mittagsruhe von 1-3 Rasenmähen oder Hecken schneiden. In diesen Stunden sind Arbeiten zu erledigen, die geraüschlos vostatten gehen.

In der Dunkelheit ist der Platz zum rangieren nicht sehr gut ausgeleuchtet. Die Preise für eine Übernachtung inkl. Strom sind sehr hoch.

Rustige camping, niets te beleven maar prima voor paar.nachten om Lyon te bezoeken. Lyon vonden wij een heel leuke en mooie stad. Echt de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Wij hadden de toeristen pas aangeschaft, gratis OV en toegang tot Musea en rondvaart. Leuke stad om in 2 dagen te bezoeken.
