The establishment
We stayed at this campsite last year in a mobilehome and enjoyed the accomodation and the area, despite covid restrictions at the time. So we wanted to try again without the covid restrictions and in our camper/tent. We were not disappointed! The pitch was excellent, the atmosphere lively but not disruptive, the swimming pool was great for the kids and the facilities were wonderful and extremely clean with great hot showers. The area is great for exploring and very close to parc Walibi.
The only criticism we would make is the lack of lifeguard at the pool. Obviously, we were there to keep an eye on the children but it would have been more reassuring to have someone on duty to make sure people were sticking to the rules, especially on the slides.
Accommodation review
Lovely to be on the edge of the campsite with an uninterupted view of the lake. Perfect size for camper with awning and a small tent and still space for relaxing/playing.
The electricity point was a bit of a distance from the pitch and our cable only just reached.

Un camping à taille humaine et familial dans une très belle région avec un accueil de qualité (tout le personnel est très sympathique !). Les emplacements privilège sont proches de l'eau avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Des randonnées proches permettent de découvrir de beaux points de vue. Emplacement grand.
Peu d'animations en journée pour les adultes et une épicerie a minima... Pas de point d'eau sur l'emplacement et branchement électrique un peu éloigné (mais le camping prête la rallonge).

Des feuilles comme en automne sur l'emplacement, aucune ombre. Pas d'électricité sur l'emplacement même, c'était à moi, dans un camping 4 étoiles à allée brancher une rallonge de 25 m en traversant 3 autres emplacements.

Petit camping sympa. Calme avec soirée animés qui finissent pas trop tard. Mention pour la soirée mousse!! Sanitaires propres et nettoyés très très régulierement même tard le soir ???? Beaux points de vues autour et randos sympa. Walibi à 7km super.

La souplesse, l'efficacité et la simplicité des gérants du camping. Un camping cool, tranquille, une piscine agréable, le bar où l'on peut partager un verre avec des personnes de l'extérieur , la petite épicerie et le coassement des grenouilles accompagne les soirée. C'est la première fois que nous sommes revenus années de suite dans un même camping.

l'accueil, la propreté des sanitaires et douches faits régulièrement, notre emplacement au fond du camping, mais ceux vers l'entrée au milieu de tout le monde ne sont pas terribles.
La piscine n'est vraiment pas très propre, dans la salle de jeux rien ne fonctionnait (flipper en panne, baby foot impossible de lettre une pièce...)

Il y a de jolis emplacements bien délimités par des haies
Les emplacements les plus chers, vue rivière, ne sont pas tous de même qualité. Nous avons été mis au dernier emplacement qui est bordé par un grillage et une sorte de décharge à objets encombrants. Pas très glamour la vue rivière.

Toller Pool mit kindergerechter Rutsche und das saubere Sanitärhaus....sehr regelmäßige Reiningung, das war prima.
Zweites Sanitärhaus, um die Wege kürzer zu halten und den See als Badesee aktivieren. Der Platz ist fest in niederländischer und französischer Hand, daher ist die Animation auch 'nur' auf diesen Sprachen.

Die Stimmung auf dem Platz war gut, es geben sich alle viel Mühe und sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges anzusehen, aber dafür braucht man am besten ein Auto. Das Schwimmbad ist prima zum Abkühlen und die Kinder hatten Spaß auf der Rutsche.
Der Supermarkt ist leider nicht gut und teuer. Wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat mit dem Auto zu fahren, ist es ungünstig. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre gut gewesen. Die Regel, dass Jungs/Männer im Schwimmbad keine Shorts anziehen dürfen, ist nicht nachvollziehbar und sorgt bei vielen Gästen für Unverständnis.

Deze camping was voor ons persoonlijk veel te druk. Je zat heel dicht op elkaar en de camping is heel luidruchtig. Zowel ‘s morgens als ‘s avonds.
Het zwembad was een zware ontgoocheling. Het zwembad zat vol. Je kon er niet zwemmen zonder een voet of elleboog tegen jou te krijgen. De stoeltjes waren voortdurend bezet. Voornamelijk door handdoeken van kinderen die in het water zaten.

We hadden een zeer ruime plaats en het zwembad was uitstekend. Ook het sanitair was netjes en schoon.
Er staat een hek tussen het meer en de plaats, daardoor had je niet echt het gevoel aan het water te staan. Doordat we er tijdens het voorseizoen waren, was het restaurant gesloten waardoor je niets kon eten op de camping. De verwaarloosde haven naast de camping deed grote afbreuk aan de uitstraling van de camping. Heel jammer.
