The pool area is the best feature of this site. Clean showers and toilets.
Lack of information about restaurant, the hours advertised on website weren’t followed, would have been nice to be advised on check in about this. I ordered at 5.30 but wasn’t informed that food wasn’t served till 7pm, I only found this out when chased up my order. On the Saturday lunchtime was turned away has hadn’t made a reservation, it would have been nice if this was advertised that you have to book. My allocated pitch was next to entertainment area, it was so loud, no chance of any piece and quite, again why couldn’t I choose my own pitch away from this area ?

Your pitch was big enough for our needs. Campsite in general was clean and tidy. Communal toilets on the other hand a totally different story. Was over charged twice in the restaurant so please check your bills. The first night we thought it was very pricey for what we had for dinner. The following evening we ordered drinks from the bar (paid for them there) just ordered food in restaurant and was still charged €20 over what we had. Animation team didn’t even acknowledge my children, not catered for brits. In fact not really friendly to brits.
No toilet seats on our communal toilets, not thoroughly cleaned.

Première fois dans ce camping. Le mobil home était spacieux et bien agencé. Le camping est sympa avec beaucoup d'arbre, la rivière et la piscine
problème de communication. après un échange téléphonique nous avions convenu de venir à 14h30, finalement nous avons attendus nos clé juqu'à 15h30

Het sanitair was in afschuwelijke staat, niet schoon, schimmels en veel ander aanslag. Het groen was niet bijgehouden waardoor de paden naar de kampeerplekken erg nauw waren. De plattegrond is meer een puzzel dan een route naar de kampeerplek

Wij konden onze staanplaats niet bereiken door overmatige begroeiing en zijn maar ergens anders gaan staan.
Er was niets leuk aan ons verblijf. Restaurant was dicht en broodservice was er ook niet.

Les sanitaires, spécialement les douches, nous n‘avons pas utilisé les toilettes, étaient dans un état de propreté indiscutable, n‘ont pas été nettoyé penndant notre séjour. À certains endroits on avait l‘impression que le sol n‘avait encore jamais été nettoyé. Cet état d‘impropreté se voyait un peu partout sur le camping.

l'espace du parc. L'accueil de la direction et de son équipe à l'arrivée. La dernière soirée avec l'équipe d'animateur et direction. La température de la piscine et le nombre suffisant de chaises longues autour de cette dernière.
la qualité sur le nettoyage des bungalow, à l'arrivée la gazinière était sale, le lavabo plein de calcaire.

L'espace du bungalow, la clarté et la proximité par rapport à l'accueil et la piscine. Practicité de trouver les draps à l'arrivée, un petit bémol concernant le drap pour le matelas, il serait peut être plus commode d'avoir des draps housses.
le jour de notre arrivée, il restait peu d'alimentation pour se restaurer ( plus de crêpes , de gaufres, ), la qualité des paninis est à revoir ( produit écrasé sur lui-même). Le moment festif pour les enfants est peut être un peu tardif, 20h30;

Heure d'ouverture de l'épicerie, pour le pain et viennoiserie, 8h30 s'est tard. Propreté des sols dans les sanitaires. Matérialiser les points d'eau, et mise en place d'écoulement de ceci.

beau mobilhome trs bien placé. Je suis venue avec enfants et adolescents
une épicerie à améliorer pour un 4 étoiles.Sinon rien a dire .3 ans que nous venons dans ce camping et surtout numéro emplacement que j'ai demandé respecté surement une 4 em année. Cordialement
