Pitches mainly muddy very little grass. Pitch quite gloomy as permanently shaded which is good keeping van cool but a bit oppressive when there is barely any sun getting to it

Loved this place came for 5 nights stayed for 7. Brilliant access to the lake for us and dogs. The facilities are immaculate. The area is fantastic for walking running hiking swimming kayaking paddle boarding water skiing tennis etc etc

Great site and staff. Lovely location, clean facilities and large pitches. Would definitely stay again.
Check in time for camping pitches (3 p.m) is a little late. Difficult if arriving at the site earlier as limited space to park.

This is the third time we have stayed at the campsite and second time we have used the cabins. The area is beautiful and gets the evening sun which makes a big difference. Every time we visit we find something new. The cabins are spotless and have everything you need. The private beach access to the lake is probably main reason we keep visiting the campsite.

Clean, tidy, good sized, hedged off pitches. The beach and lake access are excellent and not over . Lots of play areas for kids, Very friendly, perfectly situated on the lake. After staying in 4 other campsites this is the one we will now be returning too.
Unfortunately impossible to change but the campsite next door had a couple of noicey evenings but was quiet by 11.
Accommodation review
Generous size for France, separated from other pitches. We could fit a motor home, awning, and 4 man tent on it. Facilities were regularly cleaned, bread etc can be booked for the morning. The campsite advertises that it doesn’t provide motorhome service, put easy enough to fill the watering can from the drinking tap to fill your tank. Obviously there is a chemical toilet but no grey waste disposal.
No, really enjoyed ourselves thank you, it’s is quite pricey but get what you pay for.

The campsite was excellent in every possible way. We absolutely loved it. It was clean, well maintained and quiet. Thank you so much for providing such a perfect base for our holiday. Many thanks to the owners.
On the main asphalt road from our tent to the toilet block, there were some speed humps (? dos-d'âne). I twice tripped over them at night and, because I was wearing flip-flops, hurt my toe (which my kids found quite funny until my daughter did the same thing herself!) Might it be possible to paint them white or to paint stripes on them as the current arrows have slightly worn off. This is a very minor issue, but I thought it might be helpful for you to know.
Accommodation review
We loved the mature trees and shrubs which provided shade. It would have been far too hot without them. We also loved the beach and the well maintained grounds.
We used a broom to sweep all the hazelnuts off the ground before we pitched our tent because we didn’t want to damage the ground sheet of our tent, nor sleep/walk on bumps. After a 9 hour journey from Calais this wasn’t the best start to our holiday because it was a dusty job, but the benefit of the tree far outweighed the inconvenience of a few nuts!

What a great holiday location. The campsite was very beautiful right beside the lake and was clean and well looked after.

This site is well maintained, clean and modern. We had an electric tent pitch with a lake view and it was lovely! Lots of shade all over the site. Dogs aren’t allowed on the campsite beach but they are allowed on the public section which is very close and never got busy even in August. The staff are lovely and friendly. Cold drinks and ice creams available in the reception and daily bread/croissant delivery.
No shop on site but the campsite next door (about 4 mins walks away) has a very small shop.
