The establishment
I found Les Marmottes to be the best-managed camping site I've ever visited. Clean and quiet, with an incomparable view of the mountains.

Very clever structure. Glamping offers the outdoors life to a new group of people. I'm nearly seventy, so I appreciated the creature comforts.

You could not ask for a better view!! Clean, quiet, easy access to Chamonix by foot, cycle or free bus
Toilet roll in loo cubicles would be the only (minor) comment.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff on site!!
There was a food truck on site but it quickly ran out of food, a small shop on site that stocked supplies would be beneficial! Other than that it was great!!

Reception staff were amazing. Location was great… Weather wasn’t great for first 4 days which made our stay different to expectation…obviously no one could change that! I was disappointed initially to be charged €10 for arriving early and this was not clear on booking confirmation. Also electric seemed expensive… otherwise fabulous site and beautiful area…Thank you
When toilets / washrooms were cleaned it was difficult to use facilities if we needed to.. toilet seat would’ve been a nice treat!

I liked the wooden cabin because it had everything I needed for my stay in Chamonix.
The cutlery was a bit a messy gathering of everything. During the night not all the lights in the toilets worked, this can be solved by motion detection switches.

Clean and plentiful wash and toilet facilities. Lovely common room. Short walk to train and bus stops. Direct access to trails. Close to great cycle path into town also. Friendly and helpful staff. Bread delivery in mornings and a selection of evening food vendors organised. Everything you need, shame can't be open in winter. We stayed in our VW camper, larger vans on site, but beware of height and width restrictions getting on to site

Views are amazing. Service and hospitality are excellent. Beautiful region. Free public transport via card from the campsite!

Pitches are good, terrain is well kept. Views are amazing. Service and hospitality are excellent. Sanitary block is fine and clean. Quiet on the camp ground in the nighttime.
No toiletseats! Waterpressure of (some) of the waterpoints on the camp ground is really (too) low.

Food trucks, disposal area was kept clean during the whole day, touching up the sanitary during the day, reception availability with a cold beer. Public transport paid from tourist tax.
