We got a friendly English speaking welcome which was nice. The location is very good for anyone who is skiing. The ski shuttle stops right outside the camp site. The facilities were modern and clean.
The pitches were a little muddy so additional gravel at some point would be useful. The campers were quite close together.

Easy hook up with electricity, good camper service point, near to toilets and showers.
Pitch was a little wet and muddy.

Great location, close to the village. . Good to have ski bus stop right outside the entrance. Toilet blocks were always clean. Facilities in site were good
Level pitches... very difficult to get on ramps in snow. For the price paid there should be level pitches. We saw other people struggling to level. Not enough space between campers, so a potential fire hazard . Issues experienced with the electricity supply which we heard others also complaining about.

This is our 4th time staying here and will definitely be back. Facilities are excellent, showers and toilets always clean and warm. Very welcoming reception and always there to help if needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We miss understood the description thinking 3 rooms meant 3 bedrooms, as the website has 3 images of beds ( 1 double bed and 2 images showing 2 single beds)

Convenient site, good pitches, facilities very clean and always hot water for shower and washing up. Staff friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool a nice extra and games room. Very easy access to the bus to slopes and walk to town. Free buses to local resorts and telecabines.
Slightly larger shower cubicles, especially for a more mature adult.

Price for 10amp power was expensive

We had an excellent 5 night stay. The campsite is 5 minutes walk from the main town and the ski bus picks up just outside the campsite entrance and drops off at the gondola.
Metered electricity would be good. This would allow those who do not use a lot of electricity to benefit.

Our winter camping pitch was perfect. Flat pitch, EHU right behind our van and the excellent and warm shower blocks were a short walk. The campsite was very good at clearing the fresh snowfall off the campsite roadways.

Excellent swimming pool. Very convenient access to town and ski bus. Plenty of space on pitch as it was quiet.
Could not get hot water consistently for washing up or shower- there is something wrong with the settings or design

Great location for skiing and town
Hot water in showers one minute burning hot next freezing, difficult to control temperature making it difficult to shower children. More hooks needed in showers to hang clothes up and keep shoes dry

Great atmosphere on campsite excellent location and views of the mountains Bus station just a short walk with a free bus service connecting the villages.
Toilet block a little too small for the campsite. Clean facilities but not enough toilets
