We liked the challet, it was well played out and well appointed
The main bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable which meant we didn’t sleep well which impacted our days. The sleeping just needs updating and upgrading to reflect the lovely surroundings and site.

The layout, space and views were excellent
The main double bed as said above and we would have liked a kettle and mugs, a much needed addition for any British customers who love a good cup of tea through the day.

It is a calm place with a nice pool (that doesn't belong to them and you have to pay to access)
Customer Service is really bad. They don't provide accurate and helpful information. Also the games installed for the kids are not in a good condition

There are plenty of activities for the whole family Walking distance to the lake Plenty of cafes and you can even picnic if preferred Huge obstacle course at walking distance Staff very friendly and helpful Snack bar staff friendly and passionate about their meals Quiet during the night for a good rest Little ones playing around, there is a kids activity program onsite Good Parking next to accommodation Thank you

Excellent stay, very nice place, exceptionally calm and quiet.
Snack bar might feature more items both for eating and drinking.
Accommodation review
The chalet is suitable for 2 adults, nicely equipped, but water boiler for a coffee would be great.
The mezzanine is really low height, even for kids. Moreover, there should be a security lock up there, so that kids don't fall while they wake up at night and walk half asleep.

le cadre calme et reposant dans la verdure l'efficacité et la gentillesse de la jeune fille à l'accueil
le départ obligé à 10 heures du matin a été difficile pour une famille avec bébé et petits enfants

la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas la literie n'était pas confortable la vaisselle dans les placards a dû être relavée trop d'orties autour de la terrasse

chalet loué au camping avec plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnent pas, mezanine inadaptée pour de jeunes enfants ou des adultes, équipement minimum, odeur très désagréable dans la salle d'eau....Nous ne reviendrons pas dans un locatif de ce camping

Environnement magnifique et ressourçant. Le personnel est professionnel et très aimable. Nous y avons déjà été l'année dernière et y retournerons certainement l'année prochaine !
