Very relaxing stay in beautiful mobile home. Meticulously maintained campground with a very nice pool and restaurant. Close to the river. Friendly staff who spoke multiple languages.
A bit of work cleaning up even if you pay the cleaning fee.

Super leuke camping, niet te groot en niet te klein. Lekker aan de rivier, maar ook met een fijn zwembad. Meer dan voldoende toilet gebouwen en douches met een fijne straal. Leuke animatie en gezellige avonden en een goed restaurant.
Drukknoppen voor het douche, kun je wel elke keer opnieuw indrukken maar moet wel heel vaak. Stokbrood is niet zo lekker van de winkel en heel duur. Alle activiteiten beginnen later.

Heerlijk grote plek, super veel ruimte en veel bomen waardoor we gedurende dag schaduw hadden.

Hallo familie Saan, Wat fijn om te horen dat jullie zo blij waren met jullie plaats en ons restaurant en activiteiten programma. De steentjes en kuilen, dat is moeilijk te vermijden, we zitten natuurlijk middenin de natuur. Na iedere flinke regenbui worden de kuiltjes in de paadjes zo snel mogelijk weer opgevuld. We zouden het leuk vinden om jullie opnieuw te mogen ontvangen!

Lovely site to stay. Not too big, peaceful & river uncrowded so we found a spot daily to swim, snorkel, paddle board, sunbathe & picnic as a family without the crowds! It was perfect! Floating down the river on our lilos or swim was lovely & safe. Staff all friendly & a great place to explore the ardeche. Great find. Thank you xx
Could do with having a kettle in the chalet but tbh we managed fine without.

Veranda was a good shaded space. It was located perfectly so not too far to walk to river, pool or restaurant area. Clean & air con worked well.
Shower riser didn’t work well and chalet a bit small. This did not affect our stay as we loved the place

Très bel accueil de tout le personnel, notre mobil home était récent climatisé doté d'une barrière coulissante sur la terrasse ce qui sécurisait notre petit chien. Un grand bravo au chef du restaurant ainsi qu'au pizzaiolo qui nous ont régalé. L'espace piscine est très agréable, pause avec une séance de massage absolument divine. La situation géographique rend le tourisme à portée de main. Bouteille de Merlot en cadeau de départ. "Arleblanc on est content, on s'en souvient on y revient". les Iserois

Les lieux sont vraiment adaptés pour un séjour avec des chiens. La rivière en bordure du camping permet de nager pour eux sans être loin d'une berge et pour un humain, de faire quelques brasses. Le restaurant est simple mais très bon et au sein même du camping donc particulièrement facile d'accès et le personnel est charmant. Nous pourrions y revenir !

On a adoré le calme, l'espace de l'emplacement et le fait que nos 2 chiens étaient acceptés. L'accueil était chaleureux.
La sécurité de l'entrée pourrait être améliorée.

Entertainment zu laut bis 22:45 h, schallt über den halben Platz; warum die Zirkusaufführung erst um 21 h startete, ist uns ein Rätsel. Schlecht ausgestattete Waschräume: keine Handtrockner; kein Toilettenpapier; keine Aufhänge- oder Ablagemöglichkeiten in Toiletten; nicht eindeutig gekennzeichnete Kindertoilette, so dass sie auch von vielen Erwachsenen benutzt wird; kein Seifenspender bei den Pissoirs; Wasserverschwendung durch Push-Wasserhähne.

Großer, schöner Stellplatz, Sicht auf Fluss und Felsen; schneller Zugang zum Fluss; potenziell ruhig, wenn nicht das Entertainment-Programm wäre.

Wir bedauern jedoch sehr, dass einige Aspekte Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben: Abendunterhaltung: Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass die Lautstärke und späten Zeiten (wie bei der Zirkusvorstellung) für Familien mit Kindern störend sein können. Wir prüfen derzeit unser Animationsprogramm und die Lautstärkepegel, um die Abende für alle Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten. Sanitäranlagen: Ihre Hinweise bezüglich der Ausstattung (Seifenspender, Handtrockner, Kennzeichnung der Kindertoiletten sowie Ablagemöglichkeiten) nehmen wir sehr ernst. Wir leiten diese umgehend an unser Reinigungsteam und die Technik weiter, um Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Stromanschluss: Es tut uns leid, dass Sie wegen der Entfernung zum Stromanschluss den Stellplatz wechseln mussten. Unser Team steht bei solchen Anliegen jederzeit zur Verfügung, um passende Lösungen vor Ort zu finden.
