The establishment
Camping L'Ombrage has it all. Extremely hospitable staff, good accomodation, big pitches, bread service, nice pool. Besides that, it is just a breautiful place with all the trees and the location is great for exploring the Ardeche province.
We were surprised by the music from the parties the neighbouring camping, every night from about 21-23h. It annoyingly disturbs the quietness and nice ambiance of the nature camping.
Accommodation review
It is just a great accomodation. The pro's of a tent (living outside, enjoying nature) and the pro's of a house (comfort of your own kitchen and sanitary). It is nice and clean. Good kitchen equipment (big variety of pots and pans, more than enough plates and glasses, sharp knives etc, fridge+freezer). The lodge has also more storage room than I expected. The porch is just a great place to spend your evening, even when its raining.
One small thing: would be helpful if the duvet size (220×240cm) was specified in the booking information, so you are sure to bring the right sheets.

The establishment
Très belle vacances. La lodge est accueillante, tout comme l’équipe sur place. Le cadre est typique, les conseils pour les animations extérieures sont bonnes (24km de canoë, ça fait beaucoup ?? mais c’était magnifique). Les animations interne étaient sympas, j’ai adoré écouter (et admirer) la chanteuse du jeudi.
Il manque peut-être quelques poubelles dans les allées du camping (c’est très propre) et une échelle pour descendre ou sortir de la piscine (côté profond et côté soleil en après-midi).

Voor ons was dit een zeer aangenaam verblijf vanwege de combinatie van mooie locatie, geweldige accommodatie, aardige mensen, mooi zwembad, en de kleinschaligheid.
De karaoke van nabijgelegen camping is wel een dingetje…echter om 23:30 is het wel stil.

Nette tent…van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien wat weinig opbergruimte maar daar hebben wij ons niet aan gestoord. Heerlijke bedden en bij hete nachten kunnen de ritsten open waardoor je kunt genieten van de sterrenhemel (met vallende sterren).

Mooie tent, gemoedelijke sfeer op de camping
Voor onze kinderen van 7, 8 en 10 had er iets meer speelgelegenheid mogen zijn zoals een voetbalveldje of een wat grotere speeltuin, zwembad is fijn maar aan de kleine kant

Prachtige locatie met ruime kampeerplekken. Wij zaten zelf in een lodge. De lodge zag er als nieuw uit en alle comfort was aanwezig. Bij aankomst stond er zelf een flesje rose klaar. Uitermate vriendelijke camping-eigenaar en personeel! Iedereen sprak engels en stond gelijk voor je klaar. De camping-eigenaar had alles goed voor elkaar. Fijn en schoon zwembad, fijn barretje/restaurantje, met elke avond wat lekkers op het menu. Camping zag er schoon en verzorgd uit.

De lodge was als nieuw en voelde erg luxe aan. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Topplek!
