The establishment
Infrastructure was superb, people super friendly, activities included sth for everyone
As we were the end house in a row, our car was blocked in by our neighbours. Luckily, we didn't need it but if it were more accessible we may have explored the region a bit more.

There is everything you need, no more but no less.
Cups were tiny, no tea mugs. Admittedly a tiny detail but coming from Ireland we do like our tea. Drank it from a bowl (lol).

Camping spacious and clean The football facilities were disappointing…no lighting, no borders and poor quality asfalt Blue slide always closed
Mattresses hard The blue slide always closed!! Kids very disappointed!

The site was lovely and the pools were great. An excellent base from which to explore the region.

Entertainment team were fantastic, lots of activities on offer. Pools, slides were excellent. Great fun week. The app was brilliant to know what was happening.
Washroom facilities - didn't open some mornings until 8am. Could have been cleaner.

The aqua park was great
No parking at the mobilhome To long from the mobilhome to the aquapark, supermarket, grand scene. There’s was a fire at the site, but no info was giving to us I site H.

Ok size for 5 people
There were ants in the kitchen, the receptions answer: that’s nature! The people in the mobilehome in the front of us, had a big autocamper parked for a week, not pretty and not ok if there’s a fire.

The camp is in the ardeche which is a beautiful region of France the camp is well set out and has fantastic facilities as well as friendly helpful staff
The caravan we stayed in was comfortable and clean but could do with having bug nets on the windows and blinds on the toilet and shower windows also a blind on the front door

We had a great stay here, the accommodation we had was amazing. The pools and slides are brilliant.
Sadly the person next to us we very happy to play very loud music which we could hear in our van.

emplacement bien peu ou pas de vis à vis.
Parc aquatique peux vraiment mieux faire pas très propre et client indiscipliné (fumer près des piscine) sans q’aucun salariés ne disent quoi que se soit bizarre pour un prétendant 5 étoiles. Horaire de la piscine très courte 10H00 18h30. Franchement l’ensemble laisse vraiment à désiré et à aucun moment nous nous sommes senti dans un camping 5 étoiles (peu ou pas de prestation hors saison ok mais bon…) Baguette congelé à 1,90? Jamais vu un prix pareil et je sais de quoi je parle Heureusement que la région est magnifique ça rattrap

Je ne vois pas à quoi sert le WIFI car cela ne marche pas et dire qu’ils vendent l’accès au WIFI au delà d’un appareil connecté alors que déjà connecté 1 appareil cela ne marche pas c’est quoi l’intérêt ?
