Anne -Sophie and Max are so friendly and, although we come most Christmas's to share the Festive Season with my son and family who has a caravan on the site,we are always treated as valued customers . We had a leaking tap in the bathroom ,we reported it late morning and by mid-afternoon Max had replaced it with a complete new unit .Excellent service

For 2 people the accommodation is spacious and the second bedroom doubles as storage for cases and the stock of Christmas presents.

The 4 person accommodation is more than sufficient for 2 people , we used the second bedroom as the store for our clothes . The kitchen and dining area is big enough to accommodate 6 people when our son and his family (2adults + 2 11 year olds) visit for a meal

Camping propre, et plusieurs activités ?? surtout pour les ados. La piscine au top, juste un petit peu froide.
Les règles de la piscines, beaucoup de personnes ne les respectent pas, comme sauté, courir, plonger ou encore les ballons.

La camping est idéalement situé pour l'accès au pioupiou ainsi que pour aller aussi bien dans le centre qu'à Pré la Joux en passant par le Linga. Cela manquait un peu de neige dans le village cette année mais le domaine était skiable sans soucis ce qui reste un atout majeur.

Excellent Mobil Home avec un séjour spacieux ce qui est agréable. Les gérants sont toujours réactifs et efficaces! Au plaisir de vous revoir l'an prochain!

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Site au calme. Accès facile aux pistes via les navettes ou en voiture. A refaire !
Manque de trottoirs sur la commune de Chatel rendant parfois compliquée la marche le long des routes.

Bungalow confortable, très propre et bien entretenu, fonctionnel et bien chauffé. Accueil professionnel et agréable. Belle piscine. Emplacement calme avec stationnement facile.
Un petit lave vaisselle 4 couverts et un grille pain pourraient compléter l'équipement. Sinon, rien à dire.

L'accueil est vraiment très agréable. Le mobile-home est pratique, avec des enfants c'est l'idéal. Les jeux et la piscine sont non négligeables également lorsqu'on part en famille ! Le camping est très bien placé, les environs sont magnifiques et tout nous semble facile d'accès grâce aux navettes gratuites. La région est également magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir et les filles nous parlent déjà de l'année prochaine au même endroit !

Le mobile-home est bien agencé, il y a tout le nécessaire + une petite boîte d'accueil. Les lits sont bons. Il y a de la place pour y laisser la voiture et profiter de la région.

Très bon séjour à Châtel comme chaque année. Une ambiance et un accueil toujours aussi agréable. Enormément d'activités à faire (Visite, boutique, randonnée, ski, vélo, restaurant...). Toujours au top !

Très bon accueil. Camping bien équipé à proximité immédiate des sentiers de randonnée. N'hésitez pas à prendre le Multipass Portes du Soleil (accès aux télésièges et télécabine). La randonnée avec le repas à la ferme Barbossine ?? Le coin est magnifique.

Nous sommes venus à 3 adultes dans un mobilhome pendant une semaine. L’état de celui-ci était vraiment impeccable ainsi que la qualite. Je recommande civilement cet établissement avec ou sans enfant !

Notre 2ème sejour au camping L'Oustalet, et il y aura certainement un 3ème et plus ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et toujours d'une grande disponibilité. Les infrastructures du camping sont propres et très bien entretenues ! Châtel reste une station à taille humaine, avec un village typique où l'on ressent l'histoire et les traditions de la vallée d'Abondance.

Excellent accueil. Camping familial et convivial. Staff disponible et réactif, toujours près à rendre service. Camping avec piscine chauffée, très bien situé, proche du centre, proche des télécabines du Linga et des pistes, très bien desservie par les bus (environ tous les 1/4 h.) . Camping très calme. Vaste domaine skiable, piste toujours bien damées.

A notre arrivée le chauffage était en service, propreté irréprochable, rien ne manquait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Révenir à l'essentiel durant 1 semaine de vacances en camping.
Le jardin des neiges est à 3 min à pieds du camping c'est vraiment top ??

La propreté, la literie, le rangement, l'emplacement.
Ça serait chouette qu'il y ait un endroit en plastique dans le bungalow pour faire sécher les chaussures un peu mouillées quand on rentre?? Et une douche à la piscine où l'on peut se doucher car avec les enfants en hiver c'est pas trop pratique de sortir dehors avec les cheveux mouillés et devoir se doucher au bungalow. Voilà juste ces 2 petits points sinon tout était vraiment bien ??

Une équipe géniale vous reçoit : Accueil très chaleureux, disponibilité permanente, écoute attentive, respect, qualité du service au top, renseignements clairs et précis sur les équipements de L'Oustalet et des environs. Voirie dégagée, propreté irréprochable extérieure comme dans les locaux communs ou locatifs. Et en plus l'équipe avait commandé le soleil pour toute la semaine...
Accommodation review
Agencement des locaux fort bien conçu, on n'a pas l'impression de n'avoir que 25 m². Propreté irréprochable, équipement très complet, confort du chauffage en hiver. Les implantations des MH permettent à chacun de profiter du décor sans vis à vis. Emplacement ensoleillé et calme.
Une suggestion pour améliorer la conception du MH = prévoir un spot orientable dans le coin cuisine à gauche pour éclairer le plan machine à café et l'évier de coté.

L’enfant peut jouer dehors en sécurité, d’autres enfant à proximité. Contrairement à un appartement, Petit logement… donc petit ménage 😅mais plusieurs pièces/chambres … donc idéal pour que chacun puisse se retirer/ dormir un moment, son intimité. TOP!
